I had a great, long explanation of why we'd chosen this name but the pretentiousness of it irritated me. We liked the name, it suggest ensemble, collaboration, the need for everything to be working together. When I've been directing for 20 years I'll come back and explain why this was a genius idea and how it fits with my directing ethos.
